💬 Returns & Eligibility

We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Tags must still be attached.

• Sale items and personalized products are non-returnable.

🔄 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
